Policies
Service Re-Do Policy
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color let me know within 7 days of your visit, and I am happy to correct at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the full service fee does apply and will be due before a future appointment will be scheduled.
Late Policy
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment your service will be rescheduled if cannot be completed in the
remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
